1. Scope of Services
Volta Digital Agency provides custom web design, Next.js web application development, managed Linux cloud hosting, business email configuration, and digital marketing consulting under written statements of work agreed upon by both parties.
2. Fixed Upfront Pricing and Milestone Invoicing
All project pricing is defined in advance. Unless scope adjustments are requested and approved in writing, your total project fee is fixed. Standard terms require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to commencing discovery and design, with the remaining balance due upon final client sign-off and production deployment.
3. Full Client Code and Asset Ownership
Upon receipt of final payment in full, Volta Digital Agency transfers 100% intellectual property rights for custom-authored code, visual assets, design tokens, and database schemas created for the project to the client. The client retains full authority over their domain registrations, accounts, and hosting environments.
4. Managed Hosting and Cancellation
Clients enrolled in Volta Managed Hosting may cancel service at any time with 30 days written notice. We provide complete database backups, static asset archives, and Docker configuration files to facilitate transfer to an alternative provider without penalty.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we implement rigorous quality assurance, automated unit testing, and server security hardening, Volta Digital Agency is not liable for third-party infrastructure outages (e.g. upstream cloud provider connectivity, registrar DNS failures) beyond our reasonable technical control.
